Our Ambassadors

Nadine Oberholzer, Under an African Sky Ambassador, Captain of The Sharkettes and Owner of Leventus, a Model and Events Management Company.

“I believe that animals deserve as much love as any human and with our help they will be able to have a happy and healthy life within each of their natural habitats. I believe as a community we are all responsible for the care of these wonderful creatures. A little goes a long way and CROW certainly provides an unbelievable home, rehabilitation facility and absolute love to all these beautiful animals," says Nadine Oberholzer.

Bismarck du Plessis, Springbok and Sharks rugby player, has been an Ambassador for CROW and has shown his support for the Under An African Sky calendar for the past three years.

“As an avid animal lover, I am continually inspired by CROW’s undying passion and commitment to helping wild animals in distress. I feel very strongly that conserving and protecting our wildlife for future generations to enjoy is something we should all be getting actively involved in,” says Bismarck du Plessis

Emma Seager, 2013 Miss Earth South Africa finalist, freelance dancer and model is an endorser for the Under An African Sky calendar.

“I am proud and honoured to be a part of this initiative and hopefully we will sell many copies for 2014, ultimately providing care and health equipment to all these endangered and helpless animals,” says Emma Seager

Zaba Simbine, radio DJ and TV personality is an avid animal lover and endorses the Under An African Sky calendar project.

“We all know that our wildlife is under threat, but I think many people who want to help simply don’t know how to go about it or where to start. This is why I’m encouraging everyone I know to support this campaign as it’s a quick and easy way to make a real difference to help our wildlife in need.” says Zaba Simbine

Skabenga (which means hooligan or vagabond in Zulu), the resident cat at The Oyster Box, has made Umhlanga’s ‘grand old dame’ his permanent home, for over10 years and endorses the Under An African Sky calendar project.
